Description
Blaisdell was a pencil company founded in Pennsylvania in the 1890s, during a period of great growth in the American pencil industry. They became known for inventing the China Marker, though their other claim to fame is this pencil: the Blaisdell Calculator 600 “Special Grade”, a rare specimen known for being part of the “Steinbeck Trio”, a favorite of John Steinbeck. These pencils are un-graded but they’re dark and smooth, with a unique drag to them.
